UK eBike Returns Policy Before Shipment
At SurronWheel.com, all UK eBike components and wheel kits are processed promptly upon order confirmation. Due to operational expenses including payment processing, order handling, packaging preparation, inventory allocation, and manufacturing scheduling, we do not offer refunds prior to shipment once an order has entered processing.
Many of our UK eBike products — particularly wheel assemblies — are custom-built according to individual specifications. Once production has commenced, materials, labour, and machining resources are assigned specifically to your order.
As a specialized electric motorcycle business, we carefully manage production cycles and inventory planning. Cancelling an order after production has begun results in direct financial loss due to custom configuration, labour allocation, and material preparation.

UK eBike Returns Policy After Delivery
In accordance with applicable consumer law, most new, unopened, non-custom UK eBike items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify for a return:

All Other Countries
Shipments outside the EU are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
